Service Description

Calling all Mud and Easel students! Let's transform our studio into a vibrant art gallery for one special afternoon. This is your chance to showcase your creative journey and connect with fellow artists in a warm and welcoming community setting. Whether you're eager to sell your pieces or simply want to share your creations, we encourage you to participate! This event is all about celebrating our shared passion for art and fostering connections within our artistic community Event Information and policies: 1. Time: 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM 2. Location: Mud and Easel Studio 3. What to Bring: Your artwork (pottery, paintings, fabric art, candles, and other small handmade crafts), display materials (fabric, flowers, etc.) to make your table shine. 4. Provided: Tables (various sizes) and promotion of event. (larger tables in the outside room - smaller square tables in inside room) - Space will be allocated based on your booking order. Early bookings get bigger spaces in the outside room. 5. Only open to Mud And Easel Students (Please do not book if you haven't taken a class at mud and Easel) 6. Set up is from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM. Please arrive during this time to prepare your display.Pack up is from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM. 7. You are welcome to step out during the event, but we encourage you to stay for most of the time to engage with visitors and fellow artists. Mud and Easel will not be responsible for the safety of your creations while you step away. 8. Please reach out to the studio if you want to bring other craft items apart from pottery that you've made at Mud and Easel. All items MUST be HANDMADE by you. 9. Sales: Mud and Easel will not handle any sales transactions. Please use Venmo, Zelle, or other preferred payment methods to process your sales directly with buyers. Collaborate and create a beautiful display: This is a community event, and space is shared. Your pieces will be displayed alongside other artists' work, and we encourage you to embrace this collaborative spirit. We believe that combining different artistic styles can create an even more interesting and dynamic display. Celebrate our creative community: Let's come together, be proud of our accomplishments, and support each other's artistic endeavors.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Booking Policy Refund Policy: Bookings for classes, workshops, events, and private lessons canceled 14 or more calendar days before the scheduled date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 8 days prior to the class or event will be eligible for a 50% refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made 7 days or less before the class/course are not eligible for a refund or a reschedule. Studio-Initiated Cancellations In the event that the studio needs to cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances such as medical emergencies, equipment outages, weather delays, or other urgent situations, we will notify all enrolled students as early as possible before the scheduled class. To accommodate the missed session, the instructor will provide a new sign-up sheet with potential times for a makeup class. In cases where the event is entirely canceled or cannot be rescheduled, the studio will issue refunds as follows: Workshops: A full refund will be provided. Series Classes: A partial refund equivalent to the missed class(es) will be offered.
