Service Description
Individual Spots must be booked for the number of people attending (e.g. 2 spots for mom and child) Step into a world of holiday magic as you create your own keepsake ornaments in this 2-hour workshop! Perfect for the season, this class invites you to shape, design, and personalize 5 unique clay ornaments that will become treasured memories for years to come. Whether you want to gift your pieces to loved ones or keep them as a special addition to the family holiday decorations, each ornament will be a little piece of magic you can cherish forever. Guided by our friendly instructors, kids will discover the art of slab-building, using playful textures and tools to bring their designs to life. They’ll enjoy rolling, cutting, and forming festive shapes like stars, snowflakes, and holiday trees while exploring their imaginations. Adults will also experiment with more dimensional building if they wish to. After the class, we’ll fire and glaze each ornament, ready for pick-up in 3 to 5 weeks—just in time to hang on the tree or wrap up as heartfelt gifts! What to bring: A hand towel, water bottle, and some holiday cheer.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Booking Policy Refund Policy: Bookings for classes, workshops, open hours, and private lessons canceled 14 or more calendar days before the scheduled date will receive a full refund minus a $10 processing charge. Cancellations made 8 days prior to the class or event will be eligible for a 50% refund minus a $10 processing charge. Unfortunately, cancellations made 7 days or less before the class/course are not eligible for a refund or a reschedule. NOTE: PRIVATE EVENTS: private events once booked cannot be cancelled or rescheduled. There is no refunds for private events. DISCOUNT BOOKINGS: Discount bookings cannot be cancelled or rescheduled under any circumstance. No refunds will be issued. Studio-Initiated Cancellations In the event that the studio needs to cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances such as medical emergencies, equipment outages, weather delays, or other urgent situations, we will notify all enrolled students as early as possible before the scheduled class. To accommodate the missed session, the instructor will provide a new sign-up sheet with potential times for a makeup class. In cases where the event is entirely canceled or cannot be rescheduled, the studio will issue refunds as follows: Workshops: A full refund will be provided. Series Classes: A partial refund equivalent to the missed class(es) will be offered.
